SHIPPING POLICY
Usually, Items will be dispatched for shipping within 3 -5 working days (contact me if you need it sooner I may be able to help) and unless they have been requested as custom-made. Contact me if you need them sooner, I will try to facilitate where I can, Items are sent via anpost, items will be posted at a cost 3.99 euro standard post regardless of the size of the package Where items are requested to be registered the balance will be required before dispatch.
Outside Ireland charges will be aprox 5.99 for standard post, (tracked is an option at additional cost of 7.50 USA +5 to UK.
I am passionate about making appreciate you valuing my time and work, I am also a Reiki Master and do provide sessions in my spare time, It is always an honour to give a session, the Reiki energy fascinates me daily.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns or exchange,
I do hope you love your products if for any reason they don't fit etc,
items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition with labels on, for health and safety this will NOT apply to earrings. if you are unsure of sizing before purchase please do ask. The item itself will be refunded not the postage.
For a Reiki session If you do not find you have benefited from it You may request a refund within 30 days of receipt. (well worth the session)
